The .ai is a domain, not a method.
We use AI to skip the clerical work — drafting letter templates, checking grammar, formatting exhibits — so our experts spend their hours reviewing your audit instead of formatting it.
We do not rely on AI to analyze audits. Currently, general-purpose AI models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, etc) are not trained on workers' compensation manual rules. They lean on unverified web sources or generate rules that do not exist. As a result, AI generated disputes often cite classification language that is not found in any manual. A dispute built on inaccurate or invented rules has no credibility and falls apart quickly.
Every judgment in our analysis is written by an expert who has been interpreting rules and assigning classifications professionally for at least ten years. A classification dispute is won on operational facts and rule interpretation, and there is no AI shortcut to either.
